Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Happy with purchase and the ease of installing.w

WrongNumber 7/4/2026

The microwave oven I purchased I very much like the one we now have , the size, the way the button panel is laid out very close the same. The one we had lasted 20 years the door started cracking so it was time to retire n e that it . The new microwave works great . I installing the new microwave wasn't to bad to put in probably around 2 hrs start to finish so I'm happy with the results.

Not good!

Ajicl 4/12/2026

Be VERY weary of purchasing this Whirlpool over the range microwave. I purchased one and it periodically does not heat. When I contacted Whirlpool for a service visit they wanted to charge me a service call if they could not replicate the issue. I explained that it happens periodically but I cannot replicate the problem on demand. Obviously they're only interested in the sale and do not stand behind their products!

Popcorn setting

Hugh Baby 3/21/2026

I am dissapointed in the popcorn setting. It does not have wt. preset for mini bags {1.5 oz}. I have to enter the 3 oz. and wait for it to stop popping and press cancel. I tried to enter 1.5 oz. and it would not take it. If there is a better way, please let me know.

Great microwave

DJ1975 3/17/2026

Went with this one as it most resembles what we had. Had a whirlpool since 2005. The whirlpool I just replaced was put in the how when we built it. No issues ever. Only reason to replace it was we decided to go with an outside venti no microwave. It worked perfectly. We donated it to habitat for humanity as it was a great microwave. Went with whirlpool like I said, this one closely resembles what we had. Love it. Works great. Love whirlpool products

Love my gift!

Sunshine 333 3/17/2026

I received this as a Christmas gift and I am so happy with it! It's so much nicer than my old one and I love that I can soften butter with Thea touch of a button, the popcorn gives options for the small or the original size bags, the light is bright or dimmer, and the 2 speed fan is not that loud either.

WORST MICROWAVE EVER- RUN!!

Mary 2/26/2026

I am posting this review in hopes that it will help another consumer make a better choice than I did. This microwave is literal garbage. I believe most of Whirlpools products are terrible but especially this microwave. It literally will start falling apart in 6 months and trust me when I say Whirlpool will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help you out so meont even bother. I have gone back and forth with them on this microwave when the trim on the door cracked and eventually broke and fell off. We are extremely gentle and careful with appliances so there should be no reason for this to happen in 6 months. Now if you enjoy spending $300 on garbage this is definitely the product for you, otherwise I would go with just about any other brand.

Don™€™t Make Them Like They Used To

KimL 2/16/2026

I™€™m not overly satisfied with our purchase. We had a Whirlpool for 24 years that still worked, but the door cracked and couldn™€™t be replaced. This new one is loud and the surface light bulb went out about a week after we installed it. We had a very hard time finding the replacement bulb and then called Whirlpool and they sent several bulbs out to us.

We bought this microwave in 2025 because the one we had finally went out, and my wife fell in love with this one because of how big it was. Today is Jan 24th, 2026 and she just found out how to cook faster with it, so it just keeps making her happy! Works great, quiet, went in awesome when I installed it

Mary 12/5/2025

I would not recommend buying this microwave or any Whirlpool product. I have already had this microwave replaced and the door has cracked again. The material must be really cheap. Whirlpool refuses to help as they claim it™€™s cosmetic. The microwave is not even a year old.

Nice looking but™€¦

Mike RW75 11/21/2025

We purchased this MW to replace an older model Whirlpool MW. We purchased it knowing that it had fewer features than the previous model. There was a mod expensive model that had similar features to the older model but we were told it wasn™€™t available in ™€˜white™€™. This model appears to be more cheaply made and is noisy compared to the model we replaced. So far it works OK.

Stan 10/14/2025

Works great as a microwave. The best feature of this product is how easy the door pulls open and shuts. My only complaints are the beeps are a bit loud, and there's no "Keep Warm" feature. And I wish it was available in Bisque color. (To match the other appliances in my kitchen)

Now microwave is unreliable

lorialto 10/10/2025

Microwave has been wonderful until this week when it became, for lack of a better word, unreliable. Sometimes I start it up and it runs for a second, shuts off, and will not respond to any interactions with the keypad. If I go back later (hours later) and try to use it, it works once again.

Light and Fan Need Improvement

smath 10/3/2025

This Whirlpool microwave replaced an over the stove 23 year old Kenmore microwave. The microwave was installed one week ago today (10/3/25). The 2 speed fan is not as powerful as the fan in the unit we replaced. The light on the bottom of the unit is at the back of the microwave and only illuminates the wall behind the stove and the two rear burners. The previous unit had a light on each side of the filter and illuminated the entire stove. Since microwaves are not "plugged in" at Lowes, this was not discovered until after installation. Whirlpool needs to improve both of these areas.
