I was given these products with a home built by the General land office here in south Texas. I've had a few lousy dishwashers in my old rentals. This one has powerful cleaning. The only thing it doesn't do very well is the heated dry. But my waters well water and hard so I am used to that. I just open the machine up and let it air dry every night. It's been awesome. I'm disabled and this has really saved me with standing to do dishes daily.

I bought and installed this dishwasher in August and - other than needing a special adapter to connect the water, The installation went well. It seems lighter and slightly smaller that what I replaced, but is definitely quieter. The tenant is happy, so that;s what matters most...

I bought this dishwasher 1 month ago and it is great!!! I decided I didn't use all the buttons on my last dishwasher, I only used normal wash so I wanted to buy one that didn't have so many options!!! I am very happy with this one!!! It gets my dishes amazingly clean and is very quiet!!! The price was also great!!!!

We bought the dishwasher about a month ago, to replace a non working old model. We weren't look for a expensive dishwasher, just a basic one that would get the job done. After reading some reviews I was a bit hesitant, but the review were old and took the chance on purchasing it. Am I glad I did, this is a great dishwasher. I seen a lot of complaints about excess water when the cycle is over, right in the manual it tells you to use a drying agent. I have had no issues with an extremely wet dishwasher. Yes there is a bit of water left but that it to be expected. The installation was fairly easy, we only ran into issues do to the fact of how our old dishwasher was installed. You will have to purchase the water hookups and if you do not have a direct electrical set up you will also have to purchase the electric component as well, wish they would put this in the description it would save a trip back to the store to purchase. Overall I am pleased with this purchase and love the fact how much water I am saving by using this instead of hand washing my dishes.

I've had this model for several months now. I love it-way quieter than my old dishwasher. So I don't know why some reviews mention 'noisy.' And it dries spotlessly if you use the rinse aid (recommended in the manual). If you're washing a bunch of plastic, of course it's not going to dry as fast or thoroughly, because plastic is a lightweight, low-density material that doesn't hold heat to evaporate the water like metal flatware or glass. I wanted an inexpensive, no-frills unit, and this totally fit the bill. Without me having to ask, my LOCAL NEIGHBORHOOD DEALER offered the same price as ALL the 'big box' home-supply stores. And my installation from their personable and engaging installer was perfectly done. I totally recommend this model for the reasons above.

I've had my dishwasher for about a month. I usually do a quick wash of the dishes before I put them in, because I only do dishes about once a week, so the food could get really crusty. The dishes come out clean, usually. I put a egg turner in, that had a little egg on it, and when it came out, there was still a little egg on it, so it doesn't do a perfect job. Glassware comes out nice and shiny, though. The dishes aren't usually dry, so I open the door a touch, and an hour or two later, they're dry. It's also not super quiet. If you want a dishwasher that gets dried on goop off, quietly, and when you open the door, everything's perfectly dry, this isn't your dishwasher. But, for under $300, it does a fair job. I'd buy it again.

Reasonable price, and happily comes in other surfaces besides STAINLESS STEEL (which is neither stainless nor steel, and is not my aesthetic choice). But you need to run it HOT in order for the cycle to DRY things...never interrupt it. Thanks for at least partially making this is the USA.

When dishwasher arrived it looked untouched. After uncrating and removing wrapping, my plumber an I noticed there were dents in top of door and door is warped.Cannot use Heated dry on all cycles. No rinse only cycle, unit does not clean stuck on dirt well. Even with Cascade Plaatinum. The plastic cover over the buttons has been ripped off and replaced. But it is not aligned wih buttons. I have to peel up the cover to see what I'm pushing.

Bought this last week and even though I usually read reviews before buying, this time I didn't. I had the dishwasher home and to my dismay I read the reviews about lack of drying and excessive noise. I installed the washer and washed a typical size load of typically soiled dishes. I was in the next room with the kitchen door open and did not know the washer was running. So much for noise! Next, at the end of the wash, I opened the door expecting to see very wet dishes. Not so. There was very, very little beading and in twenty minutes of so the dishes were ready to be put up. This was with the rinse agent. The next load was without the rinse agent. Same results. No excessive moisture and the dishes could be out up in about twenty minutes after air drying with the door open. I am very satisfied with this washer it is as good as my old one in every way except one. It does take about fifteen minutes longer for a normal wash. But this is no problem. I'm not standing around waiting for clean dishes! Yes, for the price (About 300 bucks) this is as good as it gets and I would recommend it.

I bought this 2 months ago and so far have been pleased with the performance. I got it for a vacation home so has not been used lot, but so far I am pleased with the simplicity and ease of use. I like the fact that there are not a lot of silly options because I feel there is less to tear up. It does a very good job of cleaning with minimal scraping of dishes and that is what I like in a dishwasher.

I was excited for delivery, and installation, however after first full wash, My kitchen floor flooded, now I'm faced with having to pay for tenant below me , CIELING, tech came out then 2 more, haven't had any more leaks, but I would dispute the installation charge if I could, obviously the connections weren't done properly from the start.

The first few times running the dishwasher on the normal cycle, most the dishes were not clean. I switched my detergent to one that was suppose to be the best. The plastic stuff barely dissolved & so most the detergent was still in the holder. I ran through the cycle again & same thing. Decided to try the Heavy cycle & then I finally had clean dishes. It has been a couple weeks & I have continued to run it on the Heavy cycle. Have not tried the 1-Hour cycle yet. It isn't perfect, but it sure does beat washing dishes by hand! I don't care what the dishwasher detergents claim, ALWAYS scrape off & rinse your dishes before putting in the dishwasher. No regrets as I had been washing dishes by hand for over 2yrs. This dishwasher allows me to have more time for other things. And as a plus, it is VERY quiet!!

I have been using this dishwasher for about 2 months. My last 2 were the more expensive stainless steel tub type...they were 4x the price and lasted less than 3 yrs each, so we decided to go with a less expensive dishwasher. I am happy with the decision so far. The soap works just fine in this one, but in my last one I had to alter the soap and add borax...this cleans with the regular stuff quite well. It is a little noisy but I expected it to be noisier than the last one. My only complaint would be that the dishes do not get dry. But they are clean with no residue or film!
